our standards

the rules we
hold ourselves to

Most agencies have standards somewhere in a drawer. Ours are public, contractual, and applied to every campaign, here they are, in full.

the five commitments

what every client
and creator gets

01

content sells the product, not the presenter

Every asset must work on its substance, the product, the idea, the humour. We don't run or amplify content whose real mechanism is a presenter's body or allure, whoever it's aimed at. Wardrobe, framing, thumbnails, and delivery are all checked before anything goes live.

02

every ad is labelled, every claim is honest

Clear "Ad" labelling to UK ASA and CMA standards, among the world's strictest, applied in every market we work in, no buried hashtags, no dark patterns, no inflated numbers. If a metric appears in our reporting, it's real.

03

categories we don't touch

We don't accept campaigns for alcohol, gambling and betting, or interest-based financial products, at any budget. Regulated categories (HFSS food, cosmetic procedures, financial promotions) run only with their additional rules applied in full.

04

creators approve everything

No creator on our roster is committed to any deal without approving the brand, deliverables, fee, usage rights, and exclusivity first. Creators keep their voice; we protect their rates.

05

money is handled transparently

Collected fees sit in a designated account and are remitted on a fixed schedule with a statement of account. Commission rates are agreed in writing before anything is signed, no surprises, ever.

These standards are attached to every Campaign Brief we sign, meaning clients and creators don't have to take our word for it; it's in the contract. If a brief can't be delivered within these rules, we say so early and pass on the work.

standards you can
build on

If that's the kind of agency you want on your side, you know where the form is.
