We may decline any enquiry or application at our discretion, and aren't obliged to give reasons for doing so. Being on our roster doesn't guarantee ongoing or future work. We operate a non-exclusive roster and place creators as suitable opportunities arise.
Where we introduce you to a client, creator, brand, or other party through the site or our services, you agree not to deal with that party directly to avoid our fees or commission, for 24 months after the introduction, without our written consent. This applies whether or not a formal engagement follows the introduction.
We're not liable for any failure or delay in the site's operation caused by events outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, changes to a third-party platform's algorithm, policies, or API (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), internet or hosting failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The Halah Social name, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. Creator and client names or content appear only with permission and remain their owners' property. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to use our (or any third party's) intellectual property beyond browsing the site for its intended purpose, and we may take legal action over unauthorised use.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
