how it works

the service

Being a creator is two jobs: the content, and the business behind it. Most creators do the second one at midnight, underpriced and alone. Management means the business side becomes someone's whole job: sourcing deals, negotiating rates, checking contracts, chasing money, and planning the next three moves of your career.

We manage on a simple structure: an agreed commission, everything in writing, and you approve every deal before anything is signed. Exclusive or non-exclusive, your call.

deal flow

We pitch you to brands proactively, and filter the inbound so you only see offers worth your time.

career strategy

Positioning, platform mix, and the niche statement that makes brands remember exactly who you are.

full back office

Contracts, invoicing, payment chasing, and a statement of account. Your evenings back.

good questions

faqs

what does a talent manager actually do?
Sources and negotiates brand deals, reviews contracts, invoices and collects payment, and plans career strategy, typically for a 10 to 20 percent commission on managed income.
do i give up control if i sign with an agency?
Not here: every deal needs your approval on brand, fee, usage, and exclusivity before anything is signed, and category no-lists are respected absolutely.
what size do i need to be to get managed?
Engagement matters more than follower count: strong micro creators with 3 to 8 percent engagement are exactly what brands are buying right now.
